Why should we unban you? You should un ban me for many reasons. First of all when i got the ban i wasn't  even mining , i was standing afk at my farm. Secondly, i did NOT xray because i didnt have the reason to. Yesterday (for me atleast) Genoat asked me if i was xraying. Him and I were arguing if i was xraying or not but he did not ban me and "let" me go becuase i wasn't xraying.
I really do not get it why he banned me for nothing and accusing me for "Cheating" when i was totally not. And if he claims that i was xraying he should have banned me on the spot , but he didn't.

Some leading evidence, open to the public's opinion:

-Roughly 1200 diamonds sold to JellyWagon123, in the span of a day or two.
This must have led you to getting 700k, citizen, and a plot, within the total 19 hours you've played on the server so far.

-Observing you mining when you thought I wasn't online, you were looking around, care to explain that? And also care to explain that after you had looked around you dug to a diamond cluster?

It can be tough to actually pin xraying on someone, but the circumstances are justified. I didn't ban you the day I confronted you because I was unsure after having only watched you, but after more thought and digging I concluded, (with another staff member) that you should be banned. As for the appeal, this is not something I would accept by looking at it. If you can prove good behavior or other players can attest against me, then by all means you will be allowed back on the server.

Citizen mine, you can get a stack of diamonds with fortune 3 In about 30 minutes. That's about nine hours worth.  He could play for 4.5 hours in two days and still get 1200

The patterns and how they mine 90% always points to xray. But I know when I mine sometimes I'll take a random route than what I've done before. And since this is his first offense I feel like it should be a ban, but not permanently.
At least he wasn't xraying, for spawners like I got banned for. I probably wouldn't have been perm banned if I just confessed instead of lying. So if you're lying about it Itayb. I would highly consider confessing.  But if you weren't,  I would stick to defending yourself

Obviously sketchy, especially given that mines only reset every hour, hasn't been proven this person was using a F3 pick. 3. Geo  said he saw this person looking around at ores and going to them while in the mine. People don't mine like that, and if you do your either stupid or a hacker. 4. Ok if you're getting that much from donor mine, you must change the way you mine lol. I haven't played a while but I still know it's 100% possible to get a stack in 30 minutes

Cougar is right, it takes less than 30 mins to get a stack, maybe like 15 or so mins to get a stack lol
