First off, if you're not a native English speaking person you have low chances of qualifying for the job. Second of all you have not put enough effort into this post. -1 Sorry, you sound like a good person but I don't think you should qualify for the job.

This is not true.... If you are not a native English speaking person it does not mean you have a lower chance of getting mod that is just stupid..

with that being said You do seem like a really nice person. i would say get your play time up and reapply. I would put some more thought in to the app it is kinda short.
