Ban Appeals

I don't agree with Coolskate on much, however I do agree with this. Ban appeals should only be accepted if they have time and thought put into them, especially for bans such as hacking, not wanting to be there, constant annoyance ect.

Mit agrees with me I win

But in all seriousness, I think ban appeals should have more effort in them.
