Not to single anyone out, this goes for myself include because I have been on the guilty of it too, but the fact that players feel entitled to "-1" and "+1" is not only demeaning for the other player who receives the "rating" , but it is bias, unprofessional system that takes from the value and quality of  the server. Instead offer insight and guidance regarding a players "eligibility"  and try to move towards a more positive notion.
