Stop Cyberbullying on MCP

I remember when I was like 7 and every year my elementary school held a seminar about preventing bully/cyberbully, but they never got the fact that:
1. It is the internet and is an international public domain... There are no laws governing the internet
2. The world is full of shit people
3. Referring to it as "cyberbullying"  only makes the antagonize-r want to do it more as the term is usually used by light-heart-ed children who are upset at the simplest thing
4.  You have to take a lot of shit in life from other people

This is not just the internet it is Silas's server, he can make whatever rules(laws) he wants.
