How Long Have You Played On MCP? 10

Have You Ever Been: Banned, Muted, Kicked? No

If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long? Nope

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?
Tolerance: I can tolerate a lot of things. I can tolerant people who mock me, I can tolerate people who disrespect me. Over the past few weeks as I've been helping in chat and enforcing the rules, I've run into many situations where I must tolerate these things. If anything, being forced to tolerate it has done nothing but prepared me more for the role of staff. I am very aware that it can only get tougher, and that people will only judge me more. I am aware that mean things may be said about me. As a staff member I must be the "bigger person" at all times. Yes a staff's word is final. However a staff member needs to know that when the other person is still continuously poking at them, to simply ignore. Not /ignore, but ignore the immature comments of the other player.

Maturity: I do have my personal disagreements with other players. But I do not "attack" or "slay" someone. When there is a disagreement, you do your best to talk it out. If neither side is hearing the other, you take a step back from the discussion. There is a difference between an argument, and a discussion. And as a staff member I will make sure every disagreement that is talked through, is done so through a discussion. If that is not possible, both sides must step away from the matter.

Availability I try to be on everyday for at least an hour or 2 in total, if not more. No matter my status on Skype (unless I am completely offline), I will always be taking a glance or 2. Whenever I am on the road, I always take a look at and monitor and i also minechat. So even if I am not near a computer, I am still just a message away.

Open-minded: No one has to accept the opinion of someone else. They do have to acknowledge it, try to understand it, and give constructive comments on it. There are 2 sides to a story and I always do my best to see both sides. You cannot simply punish someone based off of what they say, or even based off of the fact the player being looked at for punishment has done the same thing (or something similar) before. Proof is always needed. I would be willing to see both sides of the story, open my mind to both opinions and suggests, but ultimately base the punishment off of the proof given. People telling their sides to a story is crucial, but also flawed. Proof however, is fact, and there is most likely no questioning it. I also take (and enjoy) constructive criticism. As I have been helping out in chat, I have changed the way I help and respond to people based on feedback I've gotten. Along the way asking people how I can improve. It's hard to recognize your own faults and failures, because you may think you're right. However it's important to be able to see things from different perspectives (especially when dealing with so many people on a server), and take a second to step back and look at what you say and how you say it. A staff member should get their point across cleaning, politely, and concisely. The best way to reach people is with calmness and respect (even in a pressuring situation). That's how I would speak to everyone, in any situation.

Enforcing:
When it comes to enforcing the rules and punishments I am immaculate at doing so. I would always check before I go through with a punishment as I do not want to punish someone unfairly. Furthermore, I would be monitoring the chat frequently so if anyone advertises or posts links that are not related to infusion or it's sister servers (In my case sister server means other gamemode), I can screenshot, mute and clear the chat. Also, if I were staff I would get more respect from newer players as they may not think an average player is 'suitable' to enforce the rules, I know this as in a few occasions where I have told someone to remove red bold from their nickname for example, they refuse too until a staff member logs in.

I believe I’m a very fair person, as I would not treat my friends within the server any different to another player when it comes to rule breaking. I have always treated every single other player with the same amount of respect and kindness as I would show to my friends within the server. I feel this is important as I believe many people who apply for staff may slack off when it comes to friends/allies breaking rules, advertising, spamming etc. If a friend breaks a rule I would punish them accordingly, the same would happen if a player I do not speak to on a regular basis broke a rule, I would still punish accordingly. I do not have any "enemies" on the server and will do my best to keep it that way as I always see good in everyone and so it's hard for me to actually dislike someone. I would not treat someone differently for any special or different qualities that they may have as I find that's what makes everyone unique and I believe that’s what gives everyone their own identity.
