"Mean" What he said wasn't even close to mean. Every previous application you have submitted hasn't been in the correct format, so either the majority who comment the +1's don't read or don't care you have the MOD format instead of the GUARD format. Now dear lord if you are applying for mod change it to Moderator Application.
