I feel that you should've put a little bit more work and time into your application. It seems very half done and empty, and maybe you should give a little bit more reason about why or how you would fill the role of guard perfectly.  Also, a little bit more elaboration on when you can play the server is a big thing.  A guard who can barely be on or rarely even plays would not fit the position, not saying that you don't play enough, just saying that you should provide more info
