Be appreciative of your job guards, I’d wisen up. Our ruler gives and he takes and is not as benevolent as you may think. There are a dime a dozen when it comes to people wanting to be in your position, and the majority of those people would do the job for free with zero complaints. If you don’t want to die as guard, bring your own gear into it instead of hoarding it.
