We normally don't police what happens in private messages because of the power people have to ignore other players. From what I know about TheTruePsycho is she has her spouts of outrage for short periods of time. It's not necessary to post a report about another player for one spout unless it turns into a habit. I will talk to the player but nothing will come from this.
