If you want to succeed in college, there is a lot of work to put into it depending on many factors. This is the main reason why I haven't applied for any staff position so I can have a decent grade in college. I can still play, but the times are all over the place because things are due different dates and times.
College > Games
I wouldn't mind be a seasonal staff person to help with the influx of players since most have free time during that time unless you're taking summer or winter classes in college. Yes, there are classes in college for just 4 weeks but you have to work hard on it since they cover all that a normal college class within the spring and fall semesters has in the class.
