You came back less than a week ago and haven't interacted with anyone from the community. Also, we did just get new guards and you have been a guard before but were demoted for inactivity because in your words "mostly due to how bad the community was at the time." There are other's more deserving of guard you had your chance and you decided to throw it away. -1  Don't feel this is a attack on you its me offering my opinion on this application
