Like Hypogre said, get your playtime up, talk to people in game staff included just be part of the community.  Re-apply 3 weeks and I know it might seem a long time from now but if you’re on for a good amount of time most days you’ll playtime will go up and you barely would notice it’s been 3 weeks.
