I don't see how people could +1 this application, it is horrible. People nowadays just see the same and judge the application on that without actually reading it. Read this paragraph I quoted, that's the entire application and it's horrible. It is three sentences long.

That is not by any means a good application.
[/quote] now that I look back at what people wrote during V3 to get Guard/ Mod, people had to write almost 2 paragraphs basically to even have a chance at getting accepted.
