Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I think I should be picked as the next guard because the server is really starting to struggle with the amount of guards on the server and some of the guards are on and off. I think I would be a good fit for the guard community. And while we have around 5 guards some of them aren't as active as they can be.

I don't see how people could +1 this application, it is horrible. People nowadays just see the same and judge the application on that without actually reading it. Read this paragraph I quoted, that's the entire application and it's horrible. It is three sentences long.
The amount of guards is struggling.
I would be a good fit.
Guards are inactive.
That is not by any means a good application.
