if you add Ghosts you could make it so they show you where little prizes are in the prison but have speed so you'd have to be able to catch up with it.  instead of ghosts killing people you could Add Grim Reaper that kills people randomly ( or does a lot of damage of health so people don't complain about being killed and wanting there stuff back )
