A Guide to Family Feud

Family Feud is a popular game show hosted by Steve Harvey. In this game show two families each comprised of five people face off. Their goal is to provide answers to questions that they believe a large amount of people said. The more people that said their answer, the more points they get. Every episode a new family is there to play, unless there is a returning winner from last episode.

First, in round one Mr. Harvey will ask the first person from each family to approach center stage and stand by a buzzer. After Harvey reads the question, the first person to buzz in gets to answer first. If they get the number one answer or they get an answer higher on the board than their opponent, they get to choose to either pass or play. If they pass, the other family goes first, if they play their family goes first. Harvey will then go down the line asking each family member the question until either the family gives all the answers on the board or the family guesses three answers not on the board. If the latter is true, the opposing family has the chance to steal. This means they get one guess and if it is anywhere on the board they get all the points accumulated. Otherwise, the playing family gets the points. The same is true for every other round however, round two is worth double points and round three is worth triple points.

The family with the most points after all the rounds moves on to what is called fast money. The family begins by selecting two family members that they feel are their strongest. Next they dance on stage while going to a commercial break. Once back, one family member will be in a soundproof room backstage. The other will be asked a series of questions to which they will provide answers to similar to the first part of the show. The second family member will then do the same thing once the first is done. They are not allowed to answer the same thing and their goal is to, together accumulate two hundred points. If they fail, they get five dollars per point they got. If they succeed, they get the prize, which may be twenty thousand dollars or a car depending on the day.

The winning family may be featured on future episodes as well. They will be up against a new family the next day. This will continue until the winning family, loses. There are records of people who have won many days in a row. They compete in some sort of tournament bracket with the ultimate winner getting a really large prize such as a car.

In conclusion, Family Feud is a really great game show. Steve Harvey really brings it all together with his comedy. The gameplay is riveting and will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.

Why would you reply then? Stop replying to stuff just to get your posts up when half the stuff you post is meaningless.
