You don't appear to have put any effort into your application or any reasons why you should be picked. You haven't read the application / mod rules and your playtime is very low.
I suggest re-applying in a few months, once your playtime is significantly increased and you have really thought about why you want to be mod and why you should be picked.

Also you should stop asking people to check out your application.
