Resign and Quit

So, I just wanted to make things clear. I was having thoughts about doing this for a while. And I had talked to multiple other staff members about it. And while those whom I talked to urged me not to quit, someone whom I believed holds a grudge against me for something way in the past (I'll leave their name unsaid)  pushed me over the edge and I've decided to leave the server on good terms, if I do come back it'll be in another map, but I doubt I'll be back. I believe its time for myself and my good friends to move on, its been fun, if I like you just comment on this post and I'll give you my skype, and I'm not giving any items out, all my items are stored in my tree plot, in the trunk, in 14 days from now I guarantee Oddordire will be on, slaying people to try to get the plot going up, and to those people who were killed, I'm sorry that I'm not there to help, but I can't take it. This was an impulse resign and quit, but I don't really care. It's time for me to move on, and I tried to leave on good terms. My enemies, both recent and long term, will hoot and holler tonight, only to engage in more salty talk that will eventually cause them to have a tantrum and probably hack or ban ppl if they're high ranking staff (RIP Crayonz25). Goodbye, for now at least. I might pop on here and there, but there is no longer a motivation to play MCP, so let the new kids rule the playground, and good luck, I really don't give a fuck about you anymore.

Bailey, you're time as a guard was helpful. Although you're as good in PVP as the other guards(not that I would know, I just see you being killed a lot), you're motives were strong and pure. You're idea for a public plot has gone above and beyond. I urge you to not quit just yet, resign if it's really not holding your interest. Come back and stay for a few solid full days, and we can all see if quitting is what you choose to do. If you'd like updates on the server, u can pm me for my instagram account, I'll do my best to fill you in. Certainly come back every few weeks to check on the server though, prison isn't the same without anyone missing. I'm starting to miss DoctorDiamond and his parties ;-;

Leaving on good terms usually doesn't end with "I don't give a fuck about you anymore", but I'm sure you have your reasons for quitting, though misguided they may be.

Bailey, honestly, most of this post didn't make any sense. Perhaps I am not involved enough with those that supposedly hate you or drove you over the edge to understand exactly what was going on, but if being farmed as a Guard was what brought you to this decision, then it was indeed hastily made and brash. Also, as per a forums post made quite a while ago by Silas, there will be no more maps. This is it. Also, random stacks of blocks and other junk is a bit of a long shot from "all of your items". Just saying.

I think you over estimate the intensity of peoples feelings towards you... Multiple times people have tried to you explain to their real feelings, but you either refused to believe or listen to anything they said. No one "hates" you, and I sincerely doubt anyone could really be considered your "enemy". Also, the emotions, primarily anger, you are showing with this comment is honestly unsettling. I'm not sure what provoked you to come off so sharply towards everyone, but it was not welcome nor necessary.

No one wants you to leave Bailey, though most will say they do because of the fuss you made. Guard wasn't meant to be fun. Its a job, a chore, a staff position. You're expected to endure and steel yourself against naysayers and hecklers, continuously doing your job as assigned. No one blames you for resigning, but the angry slamming of the door as you storm out "for good" is always a bit disheartening. Whatever you may think of this post, my intentions were not meant to be bitter. You are always welcome back at MCP, and I'll be glad to see you return.

We've had our problems, but you shouldn't quit, whoever is antagonizing you, just ignore them, try to be happy instead of worrying about them. I hate seeing old, long term players quitting because of someone else. If that person ever gets banned/quits, would you return? But anyways, hate to see you leave bails, have a good one.
