It's really not a big deal... If the player lost p4 or something good than it might be something worth reporting.  Sometimes guarding is boring and I swing my sword around but when someone is near me, I don't do it.  I'm guessing the player didn't lose anything in value so I wouldn't make a huge argument over this.  I'm going to take Mits side on this one.
