How to make a good application that will get Silas to consider your entry into the ranks:

Doing this gives your application a look of officialism, and for some reason that's really turns the Wardens on-- if you know what I mean.
2.Copy and paste this format onto your post. This also gives the application a sense of officialism, and well, one step closes to making a warden very happy.

Wardens want staff who understand the rules so they don't have to constantly refer to the rules page every 10 minutes, plus, you might screw up if you don't and get demoted. READ THE RULES OVER 7 TIMES. After you do so, explain how you have read the rules, and understand them completely.
8)Why : The most important part, we need a longer paragrapgh.
