Ask the USA Supreme Court what is international law and what could be international law, and if they need any help, tell them to read only the words and forms within such words on the constitution (This is because my algorithm beats all interpretations and forces them into one) , my logic gates (It is just missing one part to fit into my algorithm that can calculate any and all things in the world like law, philosophy, medical, finance, accounting, engineering, marketing, morality of all sides, etc.), and Resolution 217(a) which is a signed treaty of the USA.
