This is the 2nd major shitshow caused by Lea thinking she's top shit.

Silas has already made his statement on this matter. However when does he ever read the whole thing? It's up to us, the players to read everything and point out all the bs in the logs! Anyways lets get this shit show on road.




LiteViper is sent the money by accident blah blah blah blah. So what does Lea do?  Demands that he give the money back or be banned as a result. This isn't the first time she has threatened to ban players. A mod on no grounds should threaten to ban a player unless they are absolutely 100% certain that what the player is doing is against the rules.




And cue second mod threatening to ban Viper for not giving the money back. There is a trend that when one mod knows she can't get it done they call in for the back up. And so far up into this argument he has yet to be told how exactly he is 'scamming'.




I don't like Ovie yet he makes a valid comment in this screenshot. Neither of the mods know how exactly he is scamming. They continue to use the excuse that he wasn't meant to get the money and are trying to force him to give the money back and holding a ban over his head.




Cue the Dev coming to back up Lea and Panda. Don't personally have anything against Miner however until the rule was clarified for all parties involved he shouldn't have brought this up. It should also mention that Vipers balance is now at roughly 5k. Have yet to get a clear answer if his balance was reset or if he bought exp bottles as someone in ts mentioned. If it was reset by Miner in this situation all money should be returned to Viper with the the parties involved, Panda, Lea, and Ovie being fined the amount Viper lost.




Two parts to this screenshot. Starting with the lesser one. Panda clearly states that they aren't saying it is an official rule. They are going at this solely how they think scamming is defined. Meaning they should have asked Silas if it was a scam or waited for further clarification.

Lea once more threatens to ban Viper over the situation. He asks again for them to tell what rule he is breaking and like every other time is threatened. Why the mods are threatening to ban like it is nothing is beyond me and they should be watched closer in the future for more incidents like this one. This being the second one that surrounds Lea. The first that involved either Ovie or Panda to my knowledge.




Pretty sure we have been down this road before. *Myself and Link*. Also sure that it has been stated multiple times that A-Guards and up are considered mods. Whether somehow these two mods missed the memo every time it was mentioned or something is beyond me and should know by the time they become mod how the staff rankings go. A Sr-Guard above all should be considered both a Guard first and a Mod second. Just because it is their second job doesn't make them any less of a mod than those with the Mod tags.




English* Names of languages are always capitalized. Don't try correcting someone else when you're not using the proper capitalization yourself.




This isn't the first time that Lea or any other mod for that matter thinks that they can speak on Silas' behalf. I feel that the mods should stop thinking they know how Silas will respond and actually handle their job like they should. I'll state once more that we should get rid of "guidelines" and have a set base of rules. It gives less room for situations like this to occur.

"I don't remember Silas giving you any power" About the same time you got power there love. When he was promoted to his position and worked through the ranks for more perms. Perhaps you should focus more on your job rather than attempting to use the guidelines how you see fit.




Ovie gives a suggestion that makes both parties happy. Panda declines it stating that it all should be returned. This again goes back to anything that isn't for sure should be reported and left for Silas to clarify the rules as he did in this thread already.




Already covered this once. A-Guards and up are technically Moderators in their own right. Let alone with it comes to a Sr-Guard. I would rank a Sr-Guard above a moderator. And when you are threatening to ban someone over a rule you aren't even sure of someone who has been around for a while definitely has a say, let alone when it comes to Sr-Guards.




"bs" Not really an issue here but mods should know to watch their language while on the server. Cursing on top of arguing over an incident that you don't even have a clear clue on whether it is against the rules or not. At this point in time everyone involved should have dropped it and then went about their business.




Just had this discussion with Silas. More or less sure he stated that the only reason Ovie has not been demoted is because of how long he has been staff. More or less clean track record and nothing really being able to be held against him. As far as I'm away this is the first major incident he has been involved in over the course of four-five years.

Seen that Ovie was moderating chat. Did the other mods do their jobs? No they didn't they decided to mock him instead resulting in Lea getting muted, then using her perms to unmute herself. These screenshots are mainly here for future reference as I'm sure everyone see's my stance on this issue.
