PvP timer

Is your idea logical? Yes.
Could it be done easily? I assume so 
Has something like it been done before? Not to my knowledge.
Has this idea been suggested before? Yes by me.
I got bored and decided to look on forums, I read the recent suggestion by MasterScare, suggesting /kit for c to E, it was denied yes but this brings back my older suggestion. Have the PvP timer last till rank B, that gives the C blockers time to know the server, know how players are, ect. The timer can be removed like before, but it will last until the C blockers do /Rankup, and if the C blockers still had the PvP timer on by then, it will give them a message saying, "PvP has been enabled, beware of PvP zones" or something along those lines.
I usually wouldn't re-suggest old forgotten suggestions, but I remember Silas saying it wasn't too bad of a suggestion, so I might as well try again.

Also +1 this will decrease the number of C deaths.  Also a lot of players after they get killed they get mad and say the N word and well they get banned so by adding this they get to at least rank up before possibly dying.

No, just a message in there chat, nothing major,just something they will see.

+1 needs to happen, C-blockers die much. Also probably add or put more in-depth details about the server in the tutorial as the C people ask many questions about the server

I think it's a good idea to give new players a way to familiarise themselves with the pvp zone. What I think might be an issue is extending the length of their pvp timer up until they rank up. I'm not against extending it if the need is there but having all C blockers be immune to fighting until they rank up could be easily exploitable by alts. Thi is just something to consider.

What is the benefit yo other people and their alts? Also C-blockers can remove it anytime.
