What's going on!?
For those of you who know me will know the last news paper I wrote for. MCP Alert. After releasing a very critical news story written by a former MCP player. xXLink2004Xx I was fired from the production team and replaced with some kid going by the name MittyIsHere. I've met the guy behind the scenes. He literally has no chin.

He is quite literally a fatter version of this. Anyways enough with the shade and insults let me explain what's going on and the future of PJR.
What's Going On??
So lets get this out of the way. What's going on is that I, Killer MittStarr have paid for and purchased the former publication known as PJR, or as you know it, Prisoners Journal Review. Though the next several weeks I will be doing updates to this publication to bring it up to the production value to that of what I brought to you guys back on MCP Alert. We will be releasing issues once every week on Wednesday night or Thursday mornings. Just starting out we are not hiring anyone to write stories with us but we may in the future.
What happened to Nator!?
Don't get your titties in a twist. Nator will still be working with PJR over the next several weeks with his own sectional in our news issues and a creative say over the final product. The former production members and board of directions have been fired and will be replaced over the next several weeks. Any questions about this transfer and sale can be brought to myself or Nator.
Interview with a Guard
Starting off our first issue and rebranding of PJR we got a one on one interview with the brand new Guard Mr. Scare.
PJr: Building off our last interview with Miner01 in the last issue, we sit down this time with the brand new C-Guard Mr. Scare. Lets get this big question out of the way right from the get go. What is the biggest difference you have noticed between the transition from prisoner to Guard?
Mr. Scare:Well there a lot less to do, Normaly i would have a lot of tasks to do such as building mining and all However now i just endlesly walk around C and Courtyard. However it not a annoying as i first thought and it cool when your got a large amount of players on.
Pjr: MCP Alert: So now that you are a guard, are you swearing off mining and building? What activities do you take part in now to pass the time?
Mr. Scare: Well at this point i have been building my mega but mainly i been walking around and checking the prison i know it sounds very odd but i time seems to past so fast even tho im doing such basic activites.
Pjr: Now that you have an inside look at the guard faction, do you see some of the issues that players complain about? The power struggle in the guard faction that the older players speak about do you see this yourself or is this just false rumors spread around to cause drama or is there an actual power struggle going on between the higher up guards?
Mr. Scare: I don't see a power strugle at all to be honest, All of the guards at this point in time seem to get along well ish. Allthough the guards Relationships with each other aren't Very stable they all seem to do there job and work together.
Pjr: So no visable power struggle. Glad we could get some inside insight on that issue. Moving on do you feel that a portion of the complaints against the guards are true? Speaking mainly on the older guards, A-Guard and up. Do you agree with some of the complaints against them or are they unfair? Do you feel that the Sr-Guards should listen to these complaints and put their foot down and try to round up the guards to work better with the community or do you feel that having them sit back as they are now the best course of action?
Mr. Scare: I feel like someone times players can overeact on a guards, I guess players think that guards should be these holy guards who never make mistakes but that's not true. If in my opinion a guard does something wrong he is seen as a "Bad Guard" however a lot of the time there not. I think that are Sr-Guards are very good at waht they do. I don't get where this Guards are bad really comes from. My view on Guard is that There not Amazing 10/10 Bes guards there more Good guards who know what there doing and do it well
Pjr: Building off the last question, do you feel that the Sr-Guards should have more of a 'hands on' portion with training new guards? As it stands now new guards only training is with the guard rules and guidelines. Should the Sr-Guards take it upon themselves to train the new guards, with somewhat of a shadow program or is letting these new guards start on the job right away the best route?
Mr. Scare: I mean i really don't think i need traning I haven't made any Mistakes and i fully understand the rules. If i ever have a questions the Sr guards allways told me the awnser. Many of are guards have been here for long time and they understand, Its not like we hire new player who have like 10 hours playtime. When i joined all are guards where helpful and kind but they weren't like to quizing me on the rules.

A Lot of Tea and Crumpets
Miner01, notorious for being a warden through MCP's V6 was demoted early November for being involved with a favoritism scandal is staff again. In the middle of events on the 19th of December players noticed a green tag next to Miner01's Name on Christmas Points and in tab. a green [Dev] could be seen. Miner01 has taken the position of developer and will hopefully help MCP grow in the following months, and not just make tea and crumpets. We wish Miner01 good luck in his future, with pinkies up.
