I like the idea of fines.  Maybe have the fine be sent in a mail on the server and if they don't pay within a certain time, any guard may be alerted to jail them instantly with a cooldown of about 1 hour (Or any amount of time that they would be able to afford the fine if they did money making tasks).

Thoughts on implementing fines for certain offenses such as mutes/bans?

Would be on a case by case basis.

I actually like the idea of having fines for offending players, the more they offend the more severe the punishment/fine. i do agree with dogtag it would need to be over a certain rank like free or above.
it will give players incentives not to offend.

I personally think tis would be a good idea, maybe we could Increase fines for more bans etx 100k for 1st ban 200k for 2nd Or whatever Mutes wouldn't be a good idea In my opinion
