I don't play the server very much, but reading things about him and his responses on the forums, he seems like a very polite person and probably will do great things considering he's so into MCP.
Although his playtime is a little bit low, I'm sure it will sky rocket if he gets accepted as guard.
We need a staff member who will stop people from leaving or at least be friendly and stop staff from agruing :^)
You got my +1
Thanks so much girls! My playtime is now up to 49.6 as well. Grinding very hard.

If I were to choose I would be looking for in play time is consistency per day on how much you play, the time period that you play, and what you do while you play. As for example that you're not toxic in chat, helping new C blockers, being good at pvp, know the rules inside and out, etc. What I would also be looking out for is time farming since you have been getting a lot of time in a little time period. As in getting kicked with the afk kicker and such or moving every so often to get the time counted without getting kicked.
I know it isn't up to me to decide; however, I think you need to get a baseline of play time for at least 2-4 weeks before you would be accepted as a guard after you apply to show dedication. I know most would wait a shorter amount of time if they really need staff at the moment. I have had to recruit staff as an admin a long time ago and I had a process to go through at that time while I was still in high school.
Also, with the ability to play, it is nice that you can state how much you think you can spend on the server but I would do the 2-4 week check on your account to make sure you are doing the time you said you can do. This is because anyone can say they can play a lot, then don't play a lot and then making the staff demote you, and finally picking another person that should be staff.
Good luck with your application though.
