What's up Ladies and Gents. I'm the host Killer MittStarr here. Recently I posted an update involving the future of PJR. However, Nator attempted various ways of getting out of the contract where I bought the rights to his news organization. He claimed that since I bought the rights during Prisoners Journal Review, he still owned Prisoners Journal. Completely false. We however decided to sell back to Nator for 500,000. In doing this we have decided to take what we built in the last issue and rebrand our branch completely.
So Lads and Lasses, I welcome you to the first edition of the brand new, CDGS Informant. We will be bringing over the new board of directors we mentioned in the last issue to the Informant. We will state however that we are underneath the same CEO and COO working for MCP Alert. Our news broadcasting station will be located in the same area which is currently undergoing construction.
The Future:
The future of the Informant is quite simply to be the starting point for up and coming journalists wanting to share their view on the community and their own opinions on a broad platform. Those who impress here could possibly be offered a position in MCP Alert for an even broader platform. In a way we are the starting point. We are accepting all applicants hoping to start out, whether to build a name for themselves or simply to share their own opinions with the community.
MittStarr Works for MCP Alert!?
Yes. Despite our past issues with one another we have decided to let the past stay in the past and work together once again. MittStarr will be in control of the CDGS Informant and no control or say on MCP Alert. I have however learned from my past mistakes and hope that I can bring back those readers that I lost over the story I let through production. If you have low hopes for this news paper stick around for a little while and give us a chance!
Issue Releases
As I believe I covered in the last update I posted recently I will be posting CDGS Informant weekly. Currently I am aiming for two releases per week. Once on Tuesdays and on Fridays. If I hope to keep this schedule the first official issue will be released tomorrow so keep your eyes open for that! We will be covering all forms of news from the server, getting interviews with new players to the community and even older players if they are willing to sit down for a few minutes of their time. In the next issue I will be starting a few new segments that I hope you guys will enjoy and take part in. On top of all that I will be bringing you the second of all time non Minecraft events
This time they won't fall through as planning will be well thought out and planned before we release dates and times on these events.
Closing:
This is a huge start over for us. We hope you guys will be willing to give myself, MittStarr, time to iron out everything and bring to you guys some quality content. I know my track record isn't the greatest however I aim to change that with CDGS Informant. If our issue times change at any point I will either announce it in a Special Issue or in a public statement.
On a few side notes, we are currently looking for freelance writers to work with us. We currently offer 10k per story that we accept from you. Contract negations will go further if you so wish. If you want more information send me a mail and we will get in contact with you ASAP.
