Yes it's happening, that's what the timer is for if you couldn't figure that out.

Things to note/are not worthy:

- new map
- significant nerfs to many things
- more plot donation packs
- the goal of this is to bring pvp back to the way it was in the past
- cost for some things increased
- most healing potions disabled
- mod rank removed
- party pack nerfed
- guards nerfed
- blocked crafting of gold apples. Will be possible to get through other means
- reverted to normal courtyard
- parkour now changes 3x a day with a new advanced parkour section

Speed potions will not be blocked. It will mainly be health potions and strength potions
