Bug: The Plunger not working
Where: The plunger item
How: click some one with it and it does nothing also it has a ten minute cool down for some reason ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is not a bug, someone (I think Icy or SuperGoldenMario) kept annoying Silas with it so he put a ten minute cool down on it

Its always worked fine but it has been adjusted to display particles regardless of whether there's targets within 2.5 blocks or not.

It is still not working as i tested it with Quinn and Dogtag and both said it had no effect on them.
