I suggest showing them the disposal sign as not everyone remembers to use this and expects clearlag to care of things. As those are wooden swords I bet a prison was trolling staff with them as this is very common and cwpsteelers was just using a "convenient" place to get rid of them.
As for the mute this was a single word which Aldron did give them a gentle reminder about caps. Although the rules do state if a guard is muted there's a high chance for demotion, there's been many other instances where staff have broken chat rules without punishment or demotion.
They've only been a guard a few days so hopefully we can put this down to a "one off".

I'm under an anonymous account right now, but I happen to know that cwpsteelers has been using the disposal sign since the first day he got guard and watched him dispose of a c blockers armor and items.

As for the caps thing, as staff you should know not to use all caps in a sentence.

Alright let me clear everything up (Don't think it's a big deal) First for the swords yes someone obviously was trolling, I was bored so I threw them up where the person couldn't get them (He wasn't added to the plot) Also they were wooden swords for gods sake... The mute I completely forgot about that and have learned that thru Aldron. Thank you.
