I know that it does not really matter what others opinions on me as guard are, but its up to staff and I hope they make the right choice

+1 very experienced. He is very good at PVP. Noah is kind to everyone and will not rage from dieing 24/7

Noah is really good with players in game, I myself have never seen him break a rule and he is great at helping others as well as being a great at PvP. I would love to see him become a guard again mainly because he made a noob mistake but has clearly learned from it so I believe he deserves another chance. +1
