I feel like I never really have a chance at becoming staff on these servers with a big playerbase, so I never really put in the effort for it cause I hate rejection lol.. But I like this server, and I like the playerbase.. I decided on giving this server a shot..

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?: I believe that I would be a very beneficial member to add to the staff team, as I am approachable, knowledgeable, and am always willing to help. I have had three years combined staff experience on a server very similar to CDGS, and have acquired many, if not all of the skills required to be an efficient member of a staff team. I am a very active player, and would love to help better the server in any way possible. Why should we unban you? Because when I got my first paycheck when I got a job I spent $40 on donations on the server and my mom found out and she made me chargeback or I would be grounded because I was supposed to save my money. I got grounded anyway.. Also I lost the chargeback and I was very active on the server and on the teamspeak/discord all the time.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I should be picked to be CDGS's new guard because I am a very active member of the community. I have experience guarding a relatively large server (at the time) and I understand the guard rules well.  I am friendly and generally avoid confrontation whenever possible, am pretty laid back, and am friends with most players on the server. I am familiar with the dynamics of the server and can generally answer most questions other players may have.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?: For two years, I was a server Manager for a server by the name of StolenCraft (It's sadly no longer running). I started at the bottom of the staff ladder as a Helper, however. I underwent promotions to Moderator, Senior Moderator, Administrator, Head Administrator, and then to Manager. Whilst playing on the server, I realized that it had a very rich, diverse, and large player-base (much like CDGS). The server was themed around factions, but also had events like CDGS does. In the two years that I was Manager, I had practically run the place by myself- the owner of the server was an aspiring news journalist in Australia, and had little to no time for the server. I had to do everything from use the Console to do map resets and update plugin versions, occasionally recruit new staff, keep the server up on its toes in low donation periods, deal with player complaints/concerns, keep everything fair for all players, and deal with normal drama that happens on servers on a regular basis. I've dealt with just about everything, and excel in problem resolution (Wow, where was I on the "Shit show of June the 25th" right? salt), and making moral/ethical decisions. If chosen for the Moderator position, I would have little to no problems with adjusting to anything, and would have absolutely no problems with deciphering between a punishable offence and fair play (Damn, I should have applied like three weeks ago). My ethics and morals are formed around logical, experienced based thinking, and are built on a foundation of common sense  rekt (I promise that's the last reference to June 25th). Additional Information: I think that you should make Icy an admin/senior moderator, as he's already done such a good job with everything he's come in contact with. He reminds me so much of my old Moderator, Mark. He'd be excellent in a higher positon in my opinion. This isn't from player to owner, it's from owner to owner.

      Short Story:
      IanUniacke pays wrong person money. LittleLea and Cpt_PandaPantz threaten to ban and fine LiteViperMC who wrongfully received the money if he doesn't pay back. MasterOvie gets on and tells Lea and Panda that they can't do what they are trying to do.  A huge argument among staff members breaks out and people start making fun of MasterOvie. LittleLea gets muted by MasterOvie and LittleLea unmutes herself. Shit stirs and shit hits the fan.
 
    Detailed Story:
    It all started with IanUniacke buying an item from LittleLea for $160,000 when IanUniacke accidently paid LiteViperMC the money. LiteViperMC refused to give back the money after being asked by Cpt_PandaPantz and LittleLea. LittleLea and Cpt_PandaPantz then told LiteViperMC he would be banned for scamming if he did not return the money. LittleLea explained it was a mistake on IanUniacke's behalf and that LiteViperMC would have to return the money. It was at this point that MasterOvie logs on.

    After the situation is being explained to MasterOvie, MasterOvie then explains to LittleLea and Cpt_PandaPantz that it is not scamming and LiteViperMC does not have to return the money. LiteViperMC then goes on to ask the mods to explain how he is scamming which MasterOvie then again explains that he is not scamming. It was at this point that Miner01 typed in the chat "./eco take LiteViperMC 350394.99" (350394.99 was LiteViperMC's exact balance) MasterOvie explains to LittleLea and Cpt_PandaPantz that they cannot ban LiteViperMC for a mistake. LiteViperMC request something in return for the money. MasterOvie told LittleLea and Cpt_PandaPantz if they banned LiteViperMC they would be demoted.

    Cpt_PandaPantz then tells MasterOvie to stay out of it and that he wasn't even there when IanUniacke paid LiteViperMC, MasterOvie explains that it is his business based on what people are telling him. LittleLea then goes on to that mods make the choice and MasterOvie doesn't. Cpt_PandaPantz then goes on to tell MasterOvie that he is not a mod but a guard with mod perms. LittleLea tells MasterOvie he may want to be a guard but he is not one. Cpt_PandaPantz then tells LiteViperMC to pay it back again which LiteViperMC says they he shouldn't be banned because someone is incompetent. LiteViperMC tells Cpt_PandaPantz and LittleLea that if they ban him they will be demoted because in no way he did not break MCP's rules.

    Miner explains that common sense overrules all other rules which LiteViperMC explains that is is common sense that if he was sent money he is allowed to keep it. Cpt_PandaPantz says that it is common sense to return the money that was sent to him by accident. MasterOvie then says that he should give it back but he is not forced to give it back. It is at this moment that IcyCrevasse joins the game. Cpt_PandaPantz exclaims that Mods rules always. LittleLea says that Silas will just favor with the mods because this situation falls under the common sense rules. It was at the point all 3 of the online mods got together in Teamspeak and decided that they should fine LiteViperMC the money and give it to IanUniacke. As Well as possibly ban LiteViperMC for scamming,

    MasterOvie explains to LittleLea that she is not Silas and she doesn't know how he will react. LittleLea then goes on tell MasterOvie that he is so irritating. Cpt_PandaPantz tells them to just drop it. MasterOvie says that IanUniacke should've paid more attention. Cpt_PandaPantz says that Silas will take care of and if anyone has an issue with the way they are doing things to report them on the forums. LittleLea then says that her and Cpt_PandaPantz know what Silas will say because they talk to him alot. Cpt_PandaPantz says that MasterOvie doesn't have a say at all when it comes to mod's decisions. MasterOvie says that he has known Silas for 7 god damn years and he says he thinks what Silas would say.

  LittleLea then questions Silas ever giving MasterOvie power. LittleLea says its interesting that MasterOvie talks to Silas on a daily base. Cpt_PandaPantz says to drop it now and to make a report. MasterOvie says that he is not mad that LittleLea and IanUniacke wants the money back but he is mad that they want to ban and fine LiteViperMC for it. MasterOvie claims that LiteViperMC never broke a rule and says that if LittleLea and Cpt_PandaPantz can tell him what rule LiteViperMC to deserve a ban/fine but until they state which rule MasterOvie is on LiteViperMC's side.

    Dogtag93 points out that staff shouldn't argue in chat and that everyone needs to chill and it will all be handled on the forums. LittleLea tells Ovie that nobody cares. MasterOvie then quotes LittleLea's nobody cares statement it says that he cares if LittleLea is going to ban someone. Cpt_PandaPantz tells MasterOvie to drop it. Other players then state that staff shouldn't be arguing in chat, etc. MasterOvie says that staff arguing is perfect and MCP needs arguments.

  MasterOvie then proposes the idea of LiteViperMC giving half of the money back if they would still ban him. LiteViperMC says that he kinda wants to keep all of the money and MasterOvie says that would be being a dick. Dogtag93 is now fined a dollar mysteriously as a test. Cpt_PandaPantz tells LiteViperMC that the money is not his to keep and that he should just return it all. LiteViperMC explains that people are being dicks to him about the money and Cpt_PandaPantz says that if he returns it there won't be a ban. MasterOvie says there won't be a ban even if he didn't return it.

  MasterOvie once again asks what rule LiteViperMC is breaking, LittleLea responds to this by telling MasterOvie to stay out of mod business. MasterOvie says that he is a mod and should thus be apart of mods' business. Cpt_PandaPantz tells him he his a guard and not a mod and to get over himself. MasterOvie explains that he is a mod because he has mod perms. Cpt_PandaPantz and MasterOvie go back to back arguing over whether or not MasterOvie is technically a mod. Cpt_PandaPantz then asks if she should starting calling for swords and doing their jobs.

  MasterOvie then goes into history about the mod genocide and why we have the C,B,A,Head, and Sr guard system. Players continue to argue, LittleLea then says it looks trashy for MasterOvie to be fighting with your own staff team someone that MasterOvie is supposed to support and be a team with. Dogtag93, Miner01, question why MasterOvie hasn't been demoted stating if it was anyone else that they would have been demoted. Dogtag93 talk about how MasterOvie has stepped out of his boundaries as staff.

  Hypogre, Pb64 then call MasterOvie, MasterMovie , a term to mock MasterOvie. Cpt_PandaPantz and LittleLea then question the authority of MasterOvie, asking where the co's were and MasterOvie explains that they knew it was an insta-mute.

  LittleLea after seeing Pb64 and Hypogre being muted for calling MasterOvie, "MasterMovie" , telling him that it is uncalled for "MasterMovie", which she is then warned by MasterOvie if she says it again he will mute her. She then says ,"Good luck with that MasterMovie" which MasterOvie then mutes her for 15 minutes same as Pb and Hypogre. LittleLea then unmutes herself.

  More arguing happens in chat which then LittleLea reports everything to Silas via skype. Maelonic then logs on and tells MasterOvie that he has to warn players about mocking staff when they call MasterOvie, "MasterMovie." MasterOvie then sends her a forum post which Silas states MasterOvie instantly muting players for mocking staff is valid. What it comes down to: Staff shouldn't argue like that and should cooperate more. Other staff shouldn't intentionally try to antagonize other staff. We are all children.

I made it to free in one day and already have made some friends along with some acquaintances who have helped me along the way and helped me learn the server.
