FUN FACT: North Americans love progress.  We tend to enjoy ranks, for it gives us a sense of that progress being made, without ranks, we wouldn't know where we are at, and might get bored.

With that in mind, I suggest an expansion for the Staff Ranks.

Right now for guards, it's C,B,A,HG,Sr -- not that many
and for mods it's worse: Mod, Sr Mod

A major problem with this is the flow of the system runs on demotions.  eventually, you'll get a lot of people who are REALLY good at doing their job, who will just get bored because the whole ranking system is clogged up, and there'll be like 11 A-Guards.

Adding more ranks to the system slows the process down, keeps staff active and interested, and gives you a lot more time to demote/promote staff to keep that flow going--which in this case, the current system offers little of.

Please consider this.

I think Silas should add a concentration camp that make bad players feel afraid  and teach em.
Like the players should be  guarded  and erik should be like the torturing guard

I was Jailed for sword by Buttkicker12345. When I logged on i was immediately jailed for sword. Also he did not call for it either.

Don't you think there are enough plot rules by now Silas like seriously, first you only allow us to own 1 plot, then you don't let us own both a plot AND a cell even though there are plenty of extra cells that nobody has ever even rented before, you don't allow redstone clocks, and now we can't have a lot of chests on our plot? You realize that chest keepers eat items which I'm not risking, right? I have shops, I have chests to store the items to resupply my shops, and I have chests to store my items in because I don't want chest keeper eating them so why do you keep making player rules more strict? I see absolutely nothing wrong with having chests on my plot which actually have a purpose, it's not like they're just random chests with nothing in them. The top floor is all for my shops and unless you're telling me that shops aren't allowed either, they should be able to stay. My middle floor is for storage which I go to whenever I need to craft an item or I get an enchantment that I wish to sell as well as using the furnaces on that floor for smelting my items.

Add a plot where people can implement their designs etc.

Do you have any experience with guarding? Give a list of servers and your guard rank. I have but I can't remember the server's names.

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yes I have read them over multiple times.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard? I deserve guard because I have experience as guard meaning I won't break as many rules as a C-Guard. Also I look forward to surpassing my record of ranking on guard. I will make sure there will be a lower number of riots, I will call anything I see. If I have any questions I will ask a staff member. If I see any abusing/ cheating etc. I will report it to Silas and let him take care of it. I will be a mature guard and most guards aren't mature. I will be an active guard and get on Around 5-6 hours a day depending on what I'm doing. I will put  my entire effort in to guard and make sure I never go on any alts and don't abuse. I will follow any rules and if I break a rule, I will make sure I learn the new rule and follow it 100%. Guards today are inactive or get on 30 minutes - 1 hour a day. I will alert Silas if I see anything wrong with the server. I will tell Silas about any bug's/ glitches. All around I just want to make the prison a better place by recommending it to my friends and making sure C-Blockers read the rules. Also obviously donuts don't have farms
