Proof: (insert an image or video here) No proof so not much you can do for refund, this is mostly me asking you to make sure nothing like this happens again.
Additional info: I went afk for about half an hour and when i came back was dead. I asked players in chat what happened and they all said i fell to my death. I was on level ground when i went aft, and there is no ground for mobs to spawn within 200 blocks, there was also nothing for me to fall off for 50 blocks. I hate jumping to assumptions but the only thing i can think of is that a warden picked me up and dropped me for fun. There wasn't a blast hole for a creeper or anything and i can't think of anything that would kill me. I had full god armor along with a max enchantment sword/bow/pick/and axe. Normally i would laugh it off, but it'll take me hours to max all that stuff out again, and i have no way of knowing that this type of abuse won't happen again. Just wondering if you would talk to your wardens and see if anyone might have done something, or tell me if you have any ideas of what might have happened if it wasn't abuse. Thanks

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? I am always going to be active, I donate frequently and enjoy helping new players and helping out the usuals as well. I check chat often and can call co's when needed. I know when to ban people and when to give them a chance, and I am very fair to everyone. I can definitely live without pvp and can even turn on my pvp if needed.
Additional Information: I've been a long time player on MCP and know where we need to up the ante on the moderation. I've been staff multiple times and am always able to be contacted through either skype or teamspeak, so if there is an emergency I can usually be on very quickly.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard? The reasons I should be the next C-Guard follow.  I will try to be nice and mature to make sure the server is enjoyable for everyone by welcoming new players and welcoming back older players. I will invite new players, I will also be active and encourage the growth of MCP. As well as  trying to welcome new players and put great effort into making the server as enjoyable as possible.  I am getting better at PvP by the day and also I know the rules by heart. I've gotten more mature scene the last time I applied for guard, therefore I will be a mature guard.  also think that as guard, I'll be able to help other guards and protect new players.  I have never resigned and never will.  I think that if I was guard, mcp would be a better place, and also it would make me a happier person.  I always see guards on their alts, but I promise, I will be on my guard account all the time, because I think if a player gets guard, they should accept the privilege. Also I don't have an alt. I am respectful to all players and the only times I get banned/muted are when I am being silly. I find my self to be very mature for my age and that I will always see each argument from both points of view, and I hope that eventually, I can help MCP to a higher level. I am a very trustworthy person. Those are the reasons I think I should be elected as C-Guard.
