Where is this bug located: MCP

How can we recreate it: type /ct or hit someone or get hit.

My idea is about jail, and how some people don't vote, this will encourage it.

1. For example a C blocker joins for the first time, he doesn't know about voting, he gets jailed after being warned about putting his sword away, and then pulls it out again. when you get jailed there is a sign that says: "type "/vote" and vote to get out of jail!"

2. Instinctively, he types /vote and gets out of jail, this leads up to what I am going for.

3. Vote and you get a get out of jail free pass.

4. Also another idea, since donor mine  as well as other mines have been nerfed, lower the price of bail.

5. This may lead to some issues of people not voting unless they are jailed, but another addition to the idea is they can only do it every third time they are jailed, for example, Jizzy_Pillow gets jailed, he votes and gets released, he gets jailed again the next day, he tries again it won't let him out, tries the next day won't let him out, tries the fourth day it lets him out, this will resolve the problem of people not voting unless jailed.

How to create a sickle:
1. Gather one of every type of log, 32 iron ingots, and 16 string.
2. Shift and right click an iron block while holding the 32 iron ingots to create a sickle.

Drug creation cigarette:
1. Break normal grass using a sickle to harvest tobacco seeds.
2. Shift and right click on the top of a sand block while holding your tobacco seed to plant.
3. Wait for your tobacco to grow.
4. Pick up the tobacco and get some paper.
5. Shift and right click on an iron block while holding paper and having tobacco in your inventory (3 Paper per one tobacco).

Drug creation cocaine:
1. Shift and right click acacia leaves above y=230 while holding a sickle to harvest coca leaves.
2. Shift and right click a hopper while holding at least 4 gunpowder to create 2 cocaine pre-make (This also requires 4 coca leaves).
3. Start cooking any item in a furnace.
4. While the furnace is on, shift and right click the furnace using cocaine pre-make to make 2 cocaine.

Drug creation heroine:
1. Shift and right click a poppy while holding a sickle for a chance to receive a select poppy.
2. Shift and right click an iron block while holding a silk touch diamond axe and having select poppies in your inventory in order to create raw extract.
3. Shift and right click a full cauldron while holding 64 coal in order to prep the cooking cauldron.
4. Stand in the cooking cauldron an light the cauldron using flint and steel in order to boil the cauldron and produce cooked extract, if you move during this process, you will burst into flames (1 raw extract per cooked extract, the cauldron will be depleted after 3 uses). You need to have a minimum and multiples of 8 Raw Extract for the cauldron to start boiling.
5. Shift and right click iron bars while holding a bowl in order to produce heroine (You must also have cooked extract in order for this to work).

Drug creation meth:
1. Shift and right click an iron block while holding empty bottles and having iron bars in your inventory (Not ingots) to produce tempered glass.
2. Shift and right click a villager while holding tempered glass and having a diamond in order to trade for draino.
3. Shift and right click a cauldron while holding 64 charcoal + 1 lava bucket in order to prep the cauldron to refine draino.
4. Shift and right click the cauldron while holding draino to produce corrupt draino.
5. Shift and right click a brewing stand while holding corrupt draino and having a bucket of lava in your inventory.
6. Shift and right click the brewing stand while holding at least 16 glowstone.
7. Shift and right click the brewing stand while holding at least 3 blaze rods to start cooking meth, if you move during this process you will blow up.

Drug creation shrooms:
1. Plant brown mushrooms below y=10.
2. Shift and right click the brown mushroom while holding glowstone and having lapis lazuli, redstone, an eye of ender, and some experience in order to produce a shroom.

Drug creation marijuana:
1. Shift and right click on ferns while holding a sickle in order to search for select buds.
2. Shift and right click on the top of grass while holding a bud in order to plant it.
3. Stay near the buds while they grow, it takes time. (1 minute and 40 seconds to be exact)
4. Pick up your marijuana.

    Painkillers and steroids are sometimes dropped when a guard dies.

In Baron you can parkour over the maze to get the prize quickly. Not to mention getting an overview shot of the maze.

Pvp wise your plan is to return pvp back to what it was at one point. Enable Enchanted diamond apples. Add a cool down of two minutes or so so that they aren't chugged down during riots, fights, raids (Implying it happens for once). Or even make the cool down even longer.

Reduce the enchantment prices as I personally think 100 is a tad bit high. Lower it to 75 for sharp IV enchantment Unbreaking prices seems fine besides that.

If not enabling Enchanted Apples put regeneration potions or healing pots back in effect. In a riot and without a lot of gapples a guard has a higher advantage.

Make guard drops more worth it. Recalling right you only get 16 exp bottles, some guard gold, iron, and diamond. Their taser, handcuffs, a chance for drugs, their weapons. Most of the time if they run the whole riot their gapples are gone as are their tasers.


Player:
Ranking up to Baron means nothing much now a days. Upgrade the mine, replace the end stone for something like multiple colored clay, remove the glow stone, and increase diamond rate but add a smaller amount of emeralds. Increase the prices in baron as they are the same prices as everywhere else on the server.

As it was pointed out already and discussed shortly, enable the world border, so that as you said raiding actually happens.

Have a set of events in the morning and a set of events in the evening, we have night events and then day events but having events in the morning and during the normal time offers more chances for players who are on in the morning a chance to get money as most times players aren't on for the night events.

Additional info: You can ask just about and player/guard, a ton of people think that brian isn't fit for guard. The only reason he got it in the first place is because his friends (and only his friends) +1ed his app (A2thejaygaming, Darkblade, ThatOneMexican)(http://cdgs.net/index.php/topic,1819.msg...l#msg10766).

    Since his promotion to guard, he has let his friends kill him while he had no armour, taken my armour for no reason, dual logged, disrespected various players, muted for no reason, so on. In my opinion as well as other peoples, he is on his alt way too much for a guard and riots on his alt more than he riots on his guard account. Many people agree with me  in that he is respectful to only his friends and staff, and that he should be demoted.

        One more thing to add that happened 2 days ago, StormyBee got jailed and said "wow" and then Brian said "If you think it's abuse report me if not stop or get muted". Hopefully now he won't say report me after every time someone has an issue with him.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard? You should pick me to be the next guard because I am very familiar with the Minecraft Community Prison. I have been playing it for many many years. Many people look up to me and worship me, I think they will listen to me even more if I became guard. Being a guard is much about protecting the prison, it's also about expanding the prison. Inviting new players, getting votes and just bolstering the community. I was a guard a few weeks ago and I was demoted, I was demoted because I was washed with finals and family problems. I am sorry I couldn't get around to letting anyone on the prison know, but my schedule is now free and I am back in business. You should pick me to be the next guard because I am down to do the job, and do it right. I will solve all problems fairly and keep things clean. Why should we pick you to be out next guard?
I have been around on MCP since v3 and have seen this community go through many changes, resets, and other events.  My presence in this community is one who respects players and befriends many players on the server.  Thus, I know how this community operates and functions; the types of responses people have to things.  Because of this, I as a guard have chose to make many decisions that I find reasonable and that abides to the rules.  As well, as stated above, I have been guard for a very long time in the past which demonstrates that I am able to handle this task of guard and that I am very much so informed on the rules that I know like the back of my hand.  If I was given the honor of guarding again, it would mean a lot to me, for, I have taken a "break" from MCP.  I acknowledge that I have been inactive for quite some time and now I'm back asking for guard again.  Well, I have found the interest again to come back to this great community and serve as guard again, for I have noticed  that the current guard squad is quite lacking and could use some more active players. If I were to receive guard again, I would remain active and would not make the mistake again of playing too much on my alt.  Many may point out that I should not receive guard because I would just play on my alt again.  But, due to the reset, my alt does not posses the items/things that would draw me to playing on my alt more than guard. Thus, this reset has served as a clean slate that I would like to take advantage of.  So, to restate, if I was to be promoted to guard I would remain more active on the server, and I am a reliable player that has served the honor of guard, which is where I draw the ability of expertise.  Also, I am an overall kind and calm person when it comes to dealing with players.
