Why should we pick you to be our next guard? You should pick me to be your next guard because "I'm Going To Steal The Declaration Of Independence." With zs, ravin, master and polardog. I have applied to the guarding position a few times and haven't gotten accepted salt. I would like to at least have a chance to do this. I have wanted to be a guard ever since i joined MCP (v2 or v3). Another reason why i should be the next guard is because there are almost never guards on while I am online. If I am accepted, every single prisoner will be protected.

-Apologize for what you did (DO NOT BLAME IT ON OTHER PEOPLE) Ex. Killsz blaming it on his "friend"
-Use the proper title Ex- AlphaCoolskate's Ban Appeal; Bad Ex- unban me
-Don't suck up to the person who banned you, you being desperate and spewing shit out of your ass isn't increasing your chances
-When it asks "Are you at fault?" ALWAYS PUT YES, EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU AREN'T! Unless the staff member who banned you is a douche, 99% of the time you will be at fault.
-Don't make a fucking essay >Implying mb and Company unban appeal (Staff members won't spend 30 minutes reading you appeal, you aren't special
-Use simple grammar >Also implying mb and Company unban appeal (Don't make staff look up a word every sentence, that will not help you, as Miner posted in Mb's "How to get unbanned (Fake)" doing this lowers your chances Bad Ex- My intention was not horrific yet the consequence was, I am deeply apologetic for my actions Good Ex- I am extremely sorry for my actions and will not hack again

I did lie in my last appeal, and I know that. I don't know why I lie so much but I do, and I am sorry for that. I have hurt others from lying and I promise that I won't lie or hack again.
I am gonna take the fault I did make the story up I did it a lot. But please give me another chance. I swear I will never hack again, it's never done any good for me n'or anyone else.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard? Because I would love to help out on the server, I play on MCP a lot and have put a lot of time and effort into the server. I will enforce The rules without bias and make-sure everyone will have the best experience on this server that they can. I've been playing on this server for a decent amount of time and I am very responsible/mature. I would not be the best guard but I think i would be very good at it, I really hope you pick me and understand if you don't. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

In light of recent backlash against the pathetic amount of effort being put into ban appeals, I thought I would go ahead and make a quick tutorial that just about anyone can follow.

• Crop out the top half of the screenshot you have of someone hacking
  
• Hack directly in front of an admin
  
• Piss off the same admin multiple times
  
• Name yourself after one of the admins
  
• exploit an eco glitch
  
• Talk shit about eggnog
  
• Saying something racist

• The Title: The should really just be, "yournamehere's ban appeal," but here are a few titles made by professionals that you should take a look at

  Notice the immense amount of typos and the constant begging, these are very important.  By far, the most important technique is starting with, "I was banned for no reason."  (Because obviously you wouldn't be banned if you hadn't done anything)

  Don't be fooled, you can actually just make up your own format; it's much easier than copying and pasting that code snippet onto your appeal.
  
  
  
  
• Why were you banned?:  If you say in the title "I was banned for no reason" and then put the reason you were banned in this field, you are an idiot.  You should put the actual reason you were banned for right here.  A few examples of the right answer for this are: hacking, ban bypass, being racist, etc.
  
  
  
• Are you at fault?:  Choose your answer here wisely.  If you are caught flying around prison and get banned for hacking, the correct answer here is, "yes."  It may seem like a fantastic idea to say no, but admins are not partial to unbanning liars.
  
  
  
• Why should you be unbanned?  This field is by far the most important, so make sure it's littered with typos.  You should try to have only a few words spelled correctly here, and make sure you don't actually give a legitimate reason for being unbanned here.  Also, if you put, "because I didn't do anything," you are a fucking idiot and will most likely stay banned.

Rather than a couple iron/gold ingots make it so when you murder a guard they drop 1-3 random crates. This makes it much more worth while to attempt to kill guards.

But zs, 1-3 crates for a guard kill is OP. Not really, it is fairly hard to kill a guard as it as even in a 2v1. At least in my experience as a guard, I haven't been killed yet. If you really think it's too OP make it 1-2 crates and not a 100% drop chance. Like 50% 1 crate, 25% 2 crates, 25% other loot.
