Why should we pick you to be our next guard?
First I would like to say I completely understand my chances for getting guard is very, very low.  There are a couple reason why I am applying.
1.  I was demoted last time for being inactive and I was inactive because I was really busy with college
2.  I think mcp could always need a good guard on the team
3.  If I get the position as guard again I cannot guarantee I will be on every day but I will be on as much as I can
4.  i am going to steal the declaration of independence

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yes, I know everything to do, I feel I am ready for such a job.
Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I am very loyal and honest. I want to stop all/most fights in the prison when I am online. I feel I would do great with my knowledge of guarding from all higher, mid, and even low rank guards I've learned from.

What the abuser was doing: Glitch is never on as a guard and is always on as TCCgamer, his alt, harassing Greyceon. He never helps me when i am in pvp and in the proof i screenshotted him doing absolutely nothing as FuturePinger/Italianaged killed me.
When this happened: There isn't really a specific time, just the whole time he has been a guard he has been doing this.

Why should we unban you? I was banned whilst I was sleeping and not on the server. We did have an issue with a person named "FlameViper" Join the server and ban people. My theory is that I have been network banned, being that my account isn't shown on the list of people who were banned. I have done nothing wrong and I enjoy this server and the community quite a bit. It would be a pleasure if someone could figure a way to unban me.

Additional info: I believe that Godt9 had a similar issue and was resolved
