Killah's Ban Appeal (again)

The thing is though, he's not using a fucking client he's just good at video games. He's accused of hacking every time he plays cs:go and he's ranked supreme. The only people who think he hacks are the people he kills a lot, such as yourself.

Zeedin, all of those things that you've said can't prove whether or not he hacks. He has a good computer, plenty of gaming experience, a good mouse, a good keyboard, and aim.
Killah has been banned on this server 4 times so far. Each time, in my opinion, he wasn't guilty, and your staff was quick to judge. It looks to me like you guys have absolutely no system and hand out punishments however and whenever you want, whether the victim is guilty or not. I say provide evidence, or unban.

You clearly do not like Killah (neither does any other guard because Killah trashes them every time he riots) and therefore are biased towards him as is everybody else who thinks he hacks.

I explicitly said I would only state my unbiased opinions. I stated the things I know for 100% fact, then the things I believe after having been talking to him nearly non stop for two weeks. I specifically kept bias out of my reply.

Please calm down, this server has no bias against any player. If a player shows signs of hacking he will get banned and considering this is his second offense, I would think this would count as "probable cause"

I'm not the one appealing a ban, Killah is. I am simply defending him based on what I KNOW after speaking to him every single day for the last 3 weeks or so.
