It can be done with a furnace.

Just craft a bucket, get some water, run /furnace and then try to open the furnace menu while holding the water bucket.

I am using version 1.20.6, on Java Edition.

- the bow reset happens randomly throughout, I'll put back and fire but instead of launching an arrow, it just resets the pullback animation
- the no knockback from the bow happens towards the end, had to pump at least 5 shots into that beast before it even acknowledged the punch. this happens pretty frequently, the other half of the time it works decently O.K.
- other times the arrow straight up hits but disappears

This vote link claims that players can vote 6 times for MCP and 6 times for HCF. This is a blatant lie and obvious deception.
Players can currently only vote 8 times and only for MCP.
