And what happened was I just had my 4 year work anniversary at my job, and my work review went very well, got a raise and a promotion. So after work that day, I started celebrating with alcoholic beverages when playing on another MC server with my co-workers. That server is a semi-private server that allows clients. A few hours later and many many drinks later i log out and played other games. A while later after more drinks with my friends, i wasn't paying attention and was really feeling the effects of the beverages i indulged in. With feeling the effects of the alcoholic beverages I made the mistake of using X-Ray on MCP. Which i deeply regret. I do believe this was an honest mistake and I shouldn't have done it. I get it was very irresponsible and if i am allowed back into MCP, it will never happen again.

Why should we unban you? I have matured since I last played MCP, and I just want to log on from time to time to say hi. I have played this server since around summer on 2016 and I hope you will take this appeal into consideration.

Why were you banned? The official reason is health indicators and bypass on another account. I was banned due to health indicators. I was using a PVP client (Lunar) and was able to have health bars.

Are you at fault? Yes, I was forgetful.

Why should we unban you? It was an honest mistake. I have been playing convicted for quite some time, albeit not actively. I m a full-time student at Uni and already really can't play much, and would like to be able to come on and just talk to the community. My "crimes" were not in bad faith.

What I actually meant to say I abused a system I saw in place from another player who was abusing and thought I was above consequence but as I see now, Owner is active. I also think that is the reason I should be unbanned, I do not want to miss an active owner, I've gone so many years without one. Also not saying it should be an unban but a timed ban

Why should we unban you? I am not a hundred percent sure the exact reasoning on why because Silas said he shall not disclose his methods but I assume he checked points and saw that I mined spawners. I did mine spawners but I did however do it the MCP official way of using a Miner Coal on the spawner setting. IMO the most powerful item in the game because it allows you to get points to get crates or Point shop items without having to pay a large sum of money for crates, and I was on the hunt for an UNB 10 enchant so I could live my days out in the mines.

Why were you banned? A friend (I know who) logged on my account and said the N word. I want to apologize for this because I knew that this friend did things like this and would go on servers to troll. I told the friend to please keep away from this server, particularly because they are already banned on their account. But it had no effect. I also want to apologize to the community for my immaturity and toxicity. I have grown a lot as an individual over the past seasons and would love to be able to have another chance in the community.
