BIG Mega Plots Bug

What is the bug: I wanted to buy ONE expansion for my mega, I typed it and it took my money but It didn't give me an expansion. So I typed it again (I didn't realize it took a 2 mil from me the first time), and it still didn't work. I want my 4 mil back please.

Where is this bug located: Mega plots.

How can we recreate it: Try and buy a mega plot expansion

I know my word doesn't mean much, but I can confirm Canada had close to 5mill prior to this bug.
