2. Could it be done easily? Yes
3. Has something like it been done before? not sure
4. Has this idea been suggested before? I do not believe so
Basically KOTL creates an issue for players where the textures are invisible when the event starts. To fix this you could have the ladders be permanently in the KOTL arena but have barrier blocks blocking people from climbing the ladders until the event starts (like in flash flood).
