Advent day 2 not working

What is the bug: Advent worked fine for the first day, but today the command doesn't work.  The video shows me scrolling up in my chat to the time I joined after the server reboot (to show that I didn't do it earlier and throw the items away), screenshotting to show the date/time, and entering /advent to show it doesn't work.
Where is this bug located: Plugin-related
How can we recreate it: Do /advent today.

advent day two worked for me. i think you need to wait every 24 hours like voting.
