+1, not your fault someone made a dumbass decision to let you take their IP address.  It's like saying, "Yea you can have the last cookie" * couple minutes later* "Why'd you eat the fucking cookie?"  You gave consent.

as long as the person who gave consent wasn’t drunk or on any drugs that could make her say anything.  And I’m guessing the victim wasn’t drunk or on drugs.
