Combat Logging in Safezones

What is the bug: If somebody combat logs in a safezone then everybody can hit the armour stand even though it was in a safezone
Where is this bug located:  Everywhere(I believe)
How can we recreate it: Just hit someone, walk into a safezone and log out.
I have no idea if this is a bug or intended and I don't have any recordings or anything but it is really easy to recreate.
