2 things wrong with this, hypogre jailed you after e died, pvps and other calls reset if a guard dies. and he also swore in chat.  Not worth the demote since he is new to guarding, I don't understand why people try to get new staff demoted for reasons that probably wouldn't demote a head guard though

If I am not mistaken when you get your third pvp abuse call It is a jail and it does not matter if they try to attack you again. Once it is called the guard may jail the player.

Probably not demoteable, although every report is worth noting.

As for the swearing in chat, hypogre is a good -new- guard, he probably just slipped up, happens to us all.

If you call pvp 3 then die, you can't jail, not a demotable offense.

PvP abuse jailing is a punishment for abusing a gameplay mechanic not for roleplay. It wasn't really defined in the rules and it's probably my bad for telling him that you can. If this is how guards have been treating it then don't jail after death. I'll review the rules and make an official note at some point.
