When were you banned? 1/20/16 at 04:37:59
Why were you banned? Initially banned for racism, then banned for bypass.
Are you at fault? I don't think I was being racist. I said "Free a nigga" to my friend that was rich in an attempt to get her to free me.
What was your rank on MCP? E-Prisoner
Why should we unban you? You should unban me because I don't have a negative impact on the community and I am friends with quite a few people on MCP. I am also a possible donator, so unbanning me would be good business.
Additional info:  I wasn't aware of rule 12 at the time of my ban. I understand that that doesn't make me innocent, but I had logged onto my alt to speak to whoever banned me.

"Free a N____" he was trapped so he asked to be free in a different manner, why would this be a ban? I don't understand? He wasn't talking to someone or calling someone that he simply asked to be free. It's kinda stupid, in my opinion, he asked to be free but instead of saying Free me he said that. It's not like he was talking to someone calling that person that, nor was he offending anyone, I think if someone was so sensitive with that word then they should report them or just come forward saying that they are offended.  This is my opinion, but he was in the wrong for by passing ban.

I feel like the more sensitive we are to the word being used in these cases, the more power we give it. We can't truly end racism if we condemn everyone who uses a racial slur without even using it as such. I know the reason it's taken seriously here is because some people may take offense, but I feel like it's doing more harm than good.

-_- that's a VERY narrow minded point of view, keep up with society, definitions are ever changing. Almost nobody is offended by that word anymore and those who are are VERY far and few between and usually not even part of of the race being targeted

"a contemptuous term for a black or dark-skinned person." That's the definition of the word used above, now, this had nothing to do with either of the following: Racism, offending others, calling a person this word, ect. This word was used against himself, if all you know he could be a dark-skinned person, using that word, this can't offend anyone because he is that color skinned based on the definition. I'm pretty sure if someone was offended in anyway they would of reported him almost instantly. Again, sensitive with this word.
