Forums error possibly?

Whenever on the mobile forums I get this error when trying to post a reply make a thread.

I've had this error before, and it's only because Zeedin is bad at making websites. :^)

Or I am using really old forums software  that where never meant to be used in this way.
Note I didn't make the mobile site.

Normal forums is working fine on Google Chrome just wondered if the issue was known about.
