i think i already suggested /chest (aka chestkeeper) but the disposal would be great for guards if they are far away from a disposal sign

Maybe like ASINISTERTACO suggested, guards could have it... Maybe it could be added for A-Guards or something? I think for the guards it would be really useful, and prevent a lot of mistakes (like the one i made when i got demoted).

Yeah, it would be great for guards to have /disposal so they don't have to constantly run to a random sign in the prison to dispose of contraband.
